I attended a very empowering PTA meeting last night. This years newly elected Board members are:

President: Ahmad Andersons

Vice – President- Cynthia Gilbert

2nd Vice- President – Carmel Hill

Auditor- Emile Hope

Secretary – Naja Coleman

In addition to holding elections last night, VIce-President of the McClymonds High School Alumni Association attended  to share the Alumni’s common concern with the PTA for student performance. She requested future meetings with Relonda Mcghee at relondamcghee@aol.com.

The PTA also mentioned school board presentations from two candidates : Incumbent Jumoke Hodge and Richard Fuentes were planning on presenting their platform on Thursday at McClymonds.

The PTSA would like to know from each candidate their plans for McClymonds.
